WE ARE DOCTORS TO OURSELVES



Being healthy is the most important things in our life. For me, being healthy is a key point to lead a happy and wonderful life.

When I'm in healthy state, I can study well,

and the best thing is

SHOPPING :)




We should be physically and mentally healthy.
Who should take care of our health? Don't you realize that we are DOCTORS to ourselves? Because of that, we are the one who should
take care of our own body.

What is healthy lifestyle? How to maintain our healthiness?

Healthy is all about what we eat, what we drink, how we cope with our stress, how do we think, how much we feel loved and what do we do in our daily life. If we really take care of those components, we can have a healthy life.

Below are some tips on how to stay healthy ;

TIP 1 : EXERCISE REGULARLY

Are you the one who loves to sit and relax in front of television for hours?

If that so, try to change your habit to a better one. Replace some of your watching time with EXERCISE.

The most important thing to remember is to exercise regularly. Have a good time with your body. Which one do you prefer? Running?Swimming? Jogging? Playing sports? Or how about gardening? Just choose activities that you like and enjoy doing it.

By having a regular exercise, we can keep our body healthy and control our body weight. Other than that, it can boost our mood. Exercise also can give us energy and promotes better sleep.

TIP 2 : EAT HEALTHILY





Eat a balanced and healthy meal.

The most important thing is don't skip your breakfast.

Eating a nutritionally balanced diet helps control weight and reduce risk for developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity.




Make sure you take a lot of fruits.



TIP 3 : MANAGE STRESS PROPERLY


Having a lot of problems and getting stress?

Try to manage your stress properly. Firstly, manage your time well because poor management of time can lead to stress.

In addition, you must learn to be assertive. Share your feelings with your friends or family members.

Focus on positive side. Thinking negatively will only put you under stress. Hence, starting from now, think and act positively.

You can also do something that you enjoy everyday. Make time for it in order to relieve your stress and relax your body.

TIP 4 : SLEEP WELL




Do you want to be productive, mentally sharp, emotionally balanced, and full of energy all day long? The way you feel during the day hinges on how well you sleep at night.

Firstly, try to keep a regular schedule for your sleep time. Set a regular bedtime and wake up at the same time every day.

There are things that you should avoid before sleep. Don't take alcohol or caffeine and avoid smoking and doing exercise before you sleep. These might lessen the quality of your sleep.

Don't forget to make sure that your bed is comfortable. If you are having sleeping disorders, try to see a doctor to help you out of these problems.

Remember, we are DOCTORS to ourselves.
